History
TCM Myanmar LLC was established on 2nd October 2017 by 10 partners who are all experienced professionals such as business management consultants for SMEs.
It has a long history since the date back to 1995 when a group of business management consultants established The Consultant’s and in order to focus its activities related to Myanmar they established NPO The Consultant’s for Myanmar in 2003.
The NPO had an objective to keep peace and good relationship between Myanmar and Japan by promoting talented personnel and industries of Myanmar through exchange of people of Myanmar and Japan.
TCM Myanmar LLC has the same basic objective as that of the above NPO and it was established in order to strengthen its business capabilities and responsibilities with an addition of new members.
Main activities
1. Comprehensive business consulting
Provide following consulting services to Japanese SMEs that are planning to establish business or expand their business in Myanmar.

b. Business planning and business profitability analysis
c. Introduction of business partners and real estates
d. Legal advice
e. Construction planning and administration
f. Introduction of machineries and movables
g. Accounting, tax advisory and personnel administration
2. Personnel placement
Provide education of Japanese language skill, elementary accounting, business planning and management in order to introduce the personnel in Myanmar to Japanese companies.
3. Business support to Japanese companies in alliance with other establishments
Provide support to Japanese companies that are facing difficulties in business with Myanmar by making alliances with other establishments such as JMEIC in Japan and personnel placement agencies in Myanmar.
